Quick Summary / Abstract:
 
Background:
As part of our Human Resources Department organizational changes, the CM/C Salary Schedule must be revised to include the Human Resources Supervisor job classification. This classification was removed from previous iterations due to a vacancy in the position effective August 2022.  
Status:
The HR Supervisor classification is being reinstated on the CM/C salary schedule at Level 18, which is the same range placement as in prior versions.  
Fiscal Impact:
There is no impact to the General Fund.
