Our Board of Trustees approved Rainforth Grau Architects + A studio of HMC Architects as part of a pool of firms authorized to provide architectural services to LVJUSD. |

Based upon criteria which includes items such as experience working on the Junction campus previously, proposed team members, and proposed costs, the staff recommends that the contract for this Project be awarded to Rainforth Grau Architects + A studio of HMC Architects. |

Fiscal Impact: |

The recommended contract amount is one hundred three thousand four hundred and 00/100 dollars ($103,400.00). This is a Measure J funded project. |
