Background:

California Education Code Sections 42632 and 42601 allow the Governing Board to authorize a person or persons to sign on its behalf. Persons named on Resolution No. 043-22/23 are authorized by our Board of Education to sign payroll warrants and disbursements on behalf of our District. Resolution No. 043-22/23 supersedes all prior resolutions naming authorized signers for our District. |
