Background:

In the 2022/2023 school year, our District worked with Educational Management Solutions (EMS) to conduct a Classification and Compensation Study for the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), California School Employees Association (CSEA), and Classified Managers/Confidentials (CM/C) positions.
As a result of the study, EMS recommended updates for five (5) CSEA job classifications.
1) Campus Supervisor - High School
2) Child Welfare and Attendance Specialist
3) Data Specialist - SpEd
4) Payroll Specialist
5) Senior Program Assistant |
