The following proposed revised Board Policy is being presented according to current Board of Education Policy Bylaw 9310 – Policy Development and Adoption Process.
BP/AR 6158 Independent Study
BP 6158.1 Independent Study for 21-22 - new
BP/AR 6158 Independent Study and BP 6158.1 Independent Study for 21-22 - Updated policy to reflect NEW LAW (AB 130, 2021) which requires all districts, for the 2021-22 school year, to offer independent study to meet the educational needs of students unless a waiver is obtained and to adopt policy with specified components in order to generate apportionment for independent study. |
