Pursuant to Government Code Sections 54956.95 and 912.4 our Board of Education is required to act on a claim within 45 days after the claim has been presented to our District. Claim No. 22-04 was received on April 28, 2022 for property damage that occurred to a staff member's iPhone by a student. The claim was denied at our May 17th Board meeting pending further investigation. |
