Our District Staff and representatives from the Firm Nigro and Nigro will present the District's 2020/2021 Annual District Audit to our Board of Education for discussion and formal acceptance.

Background:
|
In accordance with Education Code Section 41020, the Board of
Education authorized the annual audit of the Livermore Valley Joint
Unified School District's financial records and support documentation
for the 2020/2021 fiscal year. This year, due to delayed federal audit guidelines, an audit is required to be filed with the County Superintendent of Schools and the State Controller by February 28, 2022 instead of the traditional January 31, 2022 deadline. The audit firm Nigro and Nigro has completed the 2020/2021 audit. Copies of the audit will be forwarded to the appropriate County and State agencies and our Board of Education for review.

acceptance. Staff is pleased to report there were no findings.
