Background:
|
Pool Supplies required to maintain the pools at Granada High School and Livermore High School must be purchased annually. The Pool Supplies will be formally bid and will be used during the 2024-2025 school year.
Educational Code 20111(a) requires formal bid for materials, equipment, and supplies that exceed $114,500.

Status
:

The Purchasing Department will be sending out a formal request for bids. Bids will be due May 28th, 2024.
Staff will seek approval for the award of contract with the lowest responsive and responsible bidder at the next available Board meeting following the bid.

The total budget allocation for this project is $123,000, using general funds.
