Background:
|
Our District has been awarded a $1.5 million Federal Department of Labor (DOL) career technical education grant (with 25% in kind match from LVJUSD and community partners) for the YouthBuild Program.
Four positions have been approved by the Board of Education in support of the grant-funded program. The last position approved, that of the YouthBuild Construction Coordinator, was approved at the October 19, 2021 Board Meeting.
