Staff is bringing a recommendation forward for our Board of Trustees’ approval of a contract for Architectural Services for the Asphalt Repair, Reseal, and Restripe (2022) Project (Project) with Lionakis Architects.
|
|
Background:
|
In February 2017, following a complete Request for Qualifications and Interview process, our Board of Trustees approved six architectural services firms to be added to the existing pool of firms authorized to provide architectural services to the District. Lionakis has demonstrated competence and professional qualifications that will meet the needs of the Project.
The scope of this project includes asphalt repair, reseal, and restriping on the parking lot and hard court areas of Del Valle High School, Croce Elementary School, Marylin Avenue Elementary School, Smith Elementary School, Altamont Creek Elementary School, Arroyo Seco Elementary School, Jackson Avenue Elementary School, Lawrence Elementary School, and Sunset Elementary School.

Lionakis Architects has submitted a proposal for the required scope of work. A contract for those architectural services is attached.

Fiscal Impact
:

The recommended contract amount is seventy-three thousand seven hundred dollars ($73,700.00). This is a Measure J funded project.
