Background:
|
As a result of changes in practice or the need to update terminology or associated tasks, job descriptions need to be revised. There are four job description revisions presented for approval.

Status

The Athletic Director Job Description has been updated to more accurately reflect the current responsibilities required by the role.
The Food Service Assistant - Delivery Driver Job Description has been updated to reflect changes in vocabulary for the vehicle being driven. (The job description used to say "van," but has been updated to say "vehicle").
The Information Technology (IT) Administrative Assistant Job Description has been updated with the current terminology describing the role (IT used to be ISS, for example), as well as to reflect the current responsibilities required by staff in the role.
The Senior Food Services Assistant Job Description has been revised to reflect the increased duties and responsibilities in the role. Those responsibilities have resulted in a move from Level 12 to Level 14 on the SEIU Salary Schedule.

The Senior Food Services Assistant revision includes a move from Level 12 to Level 14 on the SEIU Salary Schedule. The financial impact of this reclassification is estimated to be $19,932.
