Staff is bringing a recommendation forward for our Board of Trustees' approval of a contract for architectural services for the HVAC Replacement 2023 Project.

Background:
|
Our Board of Trustees approved Hibser Yamauchi Architects, Inc. as part of a pool of firms authorized to provide architectural services to LVJUSD. HVAC upgrades will be completed at Arroyo Seco Elementary School, Leo R. Croce Elementary School, Marylin Avenue Elementary School, Rancho Las Positas Elementary School, Christensen Middle School, Mendenhall Middle School, and Granada High School.

Based upon criteria, which includes items such as experience working in our District previously, proposed team members, and proposed costs, our Measure J Bond Team recommends that the contract for this work be awarded to Hibser Yamauchi Architects, Inc.

Fiscal Impact
:

The recommended contract amount is four hundred forty thousand six hundred dollars ($440,600.00). This is a Measure J funded project.
|
