Background:

This Addendum constitutes a written amendment to the Agreement originally executed by the parties on or about September 3, 2024. Its original term has a commencement of October 1, 2024, and an end of June 30, 2027, subject to extension and reformation of such term according to the terms of the Agreement.

Status
:

The purpose of this Amendment is to implement a reformation of the term of the Agreement as follows:
1. The Board and Assistant Superintendent hereby agree that paragraph 1 of the Agreement is amended to provide that the term of the Assistant Superintendent’s employment is three (3) years, commencing September 23, 2024, through and including June 30, 2027.
2. Except as provided in this Addendum, the provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
