Staff is bringing a recommendation forward for our Board of Trustees to award a contract for Communication and Pre-Campaign Consultant Services (Consultant).
|
|
Background:
|
A Request for Proposal (RFP) was issued on February 20, 2024, to seven campaign consultant services firms.
Proposals were received on March 20, 2024 and an interview conducted. A panel of District staff and Board of Trustee members evaluated the proposed consultant.
|

Status
:
|
Based on best value to the district, experience, strategic plan and methods, staff recommends TeamCivX for providing communication and pre-campaign consulting services to the District.
|

Fiscal Impact
:
|
The recommended contract amount is one hundred seventy-two thousand five hundred seventy-five and 00/100 dollars ($172,575.00). This is a General Fund expense.

The Superintendent's recommendation is that our Board of Trustees approve the contract for Communication and Pre-Campaign Consultant Services.
