Quick Summary / Abstract: Staff is bringing a recommendation forward for our Board of Trustees' approval of a contract for architectural services for the Junction Avenue TK-8 School HVAC Replacement (Bldgs. C & D1) Project.
Background: Our Board of Trustees approved Rainforth Grau Architects + A studio of HMC Architects as part of a pool of firms authorized to provide architectural services to LVJUSD.
Status Based upon criteria which includes items such as experience working on the Junction campus previously, proposed team members, and proposed costs, the staff recommends that the contract for this Project be awarded to Rainforth Grau Architects + A studio of HMC Architects.
Fiscal Impact The recommended contract amount is one hundred three thousand four hundred and 00/100 dollars ($103,400.00). This is a Measure J funded project.
Superintendent's Recommendation: The Superintendent's recommendation is that our Board of Trustees approve the Award of Contract for Architectural Services for the Junction Avenue TK-8 School HVAC Replacement (Bldgs. C & D1) Project.
