Staff is bringing a recommendation forward for our Board of Trustees' approval of a contract for surveying services for the Facilities Master Plan (FMP) Projects.

Background:
|
Our Board of Trustees approved BKF Engineers as part of a pool of firms authorized to provide surveying services to LVJUSD. Surveying will be completed at Marylin Avenue Elementary School, Rancho Las Positas Elementary School, Granada High School, and Livermore High School.
|

Status
:
|
Based upon criteria, which includes items such as experience working in our District previously, proposed team members, and proposed costs, our Measure J Bond Team recommends that the contract for this work be awarded to BKF Engineers.

Fiscal Impact
:
|
The recommended contract amount is five hundred nine thousand eight hundred eighty-one and 60/100 dollars ($509,881.60). This is a Measure J funded project.
|

The Superintendent's recommendation is that our Board of Trustees approve the Award of Contract for Topographic and Underground Utility Surveying for the Facilities Master Plan Projects.
