Staff will present our District contract re-openers with the California School Employees Association (CSEA).
|

Background:
|
LVJUSD is submitting contract re-openers for the current Collective Bargaining Agreement between CSEA & LVJUSD, effective July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2026. The law requires the public have the opportunity to express itself regarding the proposal. This presentation is scheduled according to Government Code Section 3547 for that purpose.

This proposal is presented to the Board for public input. LVJUSD proposes to sunshine the following article:
Article 14: Classification/Reclassification
The Board will be asked to formally accept LVJUSD's initial proposal at the May 21, 2024, Board Meeting.
