Background:
|
Our Educational Services Department staff would like to renew its contract for services with Riverside Insights' EasyCBM software for the 2021/2022 school year. This software is utilized by our elementary grade level teachers to provide Student Reading Benchmark and Progress Monitoring formative assessments and reports throughout the course of the school year.

Status

For 2021/2022, the rate per student has increased from $4.82 to $6.69, and therefore the contract renewal is being brought to the Board for approval.

Fiscal Impact
:
|
The fiscal impact is $60,343.80 for the 2021/2022 school year, and will be paid for out of Expanded Learning Opportunity Grant funds.
