Staff is bringing a recommendation forward for our Board of Trustees’ approval of a contract for Professional Services for the Livermore High School Fire Alarm Upgrade, HVAC Replacement (Bldgs. A & B) Project (Project) with WKM Electrical.

Background:
|
This consultant has been selected based on prior work on this campus, and economies achieved through existing baseline documents. WKM has demonstrated competence and professional qualifications that will meet the needs of the Project.
The scope of this project includes design work for upgrading the fire alarm system and HVAC replacement at Livermore High School.

Status

WKM Electrical Consultants Incorporated has submitted a proposal for the required scope of work. A contract for those architectural services is attached.

Fiscal Impact
:
|
The recommended contract amount is eighty-five thousand four hundred seventy dollars ($85,470.00). This is a Measure J funded project.
