Background:

California Education Code Section 42632 allows the Governing Board to authorize a person or persons to sign on its behalf. Persons named on Resolution No. 008-24/25, are authorized by our Board of Trustees to sign all official documents and reports required by the Office of Public School Construction, including the State Allocation Board, on behalf of the District.
