Staff is bringing a recommendation forward for our Board of Trustees' approval of a contract for architectural services for the Asphalt Repair, Reseal and Restripe 2023 Project.

Background:
|
Our Board of Trustees approved Lionakis Architects as part of a pool of firms authorized to provide architectural services to LVJUSD. Upgrades will be completed at Arroyo Mocho, Junction Avenue K-8 School, Christensen Middle School, Mendenhall Middle School, Granada High School, Vineyard Alternative School, and the District Office.

Status

Based upon criteria, which includes items such as experience working in our District previously, proposed team members, and proposed costs, our Measure J Bond Team recommends that the contract for this work be awarded to Lionakis Architects.

Fiscal Impact
:
|
The recommended contract amount is one hundred thirty-four thousand five hundred dollars ($134,500.00). This is a Measure J funded project.
|

The Superintendent's recommendation is that our Board of Trustees approve the Award of Contract for Architectural Services for the Asphalt Repair, Reseal and Restripe 2023 Project.
