Background:
|
Education Code requires that the Board of Education must approve the surplus of District instructional materials that are obsolete. Instructional materials will be given to Livermore students, donated, or recycled for the purpose of increasing literacy per Education Code 60511 and 60530.

Based on recent adoptions of Elementary Science instructional materials, the list of attached instructional materials will be offered to Livermore students, donated, or recycled according to Education Code 60511 and 60530.
