Background:

At the September 5, 2023, Board meeting, our Board approved our 2022-2023 Unaudited Actuals Financial Report which included the Summary of Unaudited Actual Data Submission form. Subsequently, we were notified of an error in the State's financial software which created a necessary adjustment to this form.

Status

The Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE) requires a
Consent Motion to certify the adjustment to the submission form, along with the Clerk of the Board's signature on the School District Certification page.

There is no impact to the General Fund.
