Staff is bringing a recommendation forward for our Board of Trustees to award a contract for the Altamont Creek Shade Structure Project (Project).
|
|
Background:
|
The Measure J Bond Program issued an invitation to bid on March 21, 2022, and March 28, 2022. Bidders were notified of the requirement to be prequalified to bid the project. Bidders were also notified of a mandatory pre-bid walk on March 30, 2022.
|

Status
:
|
On April 19, 2022, staff opened bids for the Project.
Staff recommends the contract be awarded to Innovate Concrete Inc., the contractor that provided the lowest cost, responsive, and responsible bid.
Attached to this agenda item is the contract for this work.

Fiscal Impact
:
|
The recommended contract amount is one hundred fifty-three thousand twenty-one dollars ($153,021.00). This is a Measure J funded project.

The Superintendent's recommendation is that our Board of Trustees approve the Award of Contract for the Altamont Creek Shade Structure Project.
