Background:

Due to the infrequency of Board meetings during July and August, it is customary to allow the Superintendent, the Deputy Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, or the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services to process contracts on behalf of the District during these months to avoid costly delays.

Approval of Resolution No. 127-21/22 will authorize the Superintendent, the Deputy Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services, or the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services to enter into contracts on behalf of the District during the months of July and August.
