Pursuant to Government Code Sections 54956.95 and 912.4 our Board of Education is required to act on a claim within 45 days after the claim has been presented to our District.

Status

Claim No. 22-04 was received on April 28, 2022 for property damage that occurred on March 3, 2022. The claim was denied at our May 17th Board meeting pending further investigation.
The investigation has been completed.

The amount of the claim, $449.00, will be paid from our District's Self Insurance Fund.
