Quick Summary / Abstract:

Background:
The proposed organizational changes are intended to support the HR Department in streamlining workflow and increasing efficiency across all HR functions.
Status:
The proposed changes do not require creating new job classifications, but reflect a restoration of two existing job classifications in the Human Resources Department: 1. Human Resources Supervisor - 1.0 FTE 2. HR Specialist - 1.0 FTE At the Leadership level, the title of Executive Director of Human Resources will change to Director of Human Resources, effective 2025-2026
Fiscal Impact:
The fiscal impact of the proposed reorganization is $249,721. Due to attrition at the Leadership level, the overall net impact is reduced to $40,310. In 2025-2026, the fiscal impact will be further offset by the change in title from Executive Director of Human Resources to Director of Human Resources.
