Background:
|
During the process of negotiations, changes to the 2022-2023 Salary Schedules were agreed to that affect all bargaining units.
In February 2023, an additional 3% increase was added to all Salary Schedules, retroactive to July 1, 2022.
In March, an additional 6% increase was added to all Salary Schedules, with an effective date of March 1, 2023. |

This increase will be applied to all employee groups, including the Board of Education and Contracted Administrators. |

Fiscal Impact: |
The impact to the General Fund is approximately 2.5 million dollars. |
