Background:
|
Pursuant to the Employment Agreement between the Board of Education and the Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services, upon receipt of a satisfactory evaluation for the 2023-2024 school year, the Board shall take action to extend the term of the Employment Agreement by one (1) year, thereby preserving the term of the Agreement at three (3) years. This provision shall apply in each year of the Agreement. The parties shall execute a written amendment to the Agreement reflecting such Board action. |

Status: |
The Assistant Superintendent of Administrative Services has received a satisfactory evaluation for the 2023-2024 school year. Therefore, the Board shall take action to extend the term of their Employment Agreement. All other terms and conditions of the Employment Contract remain in force. |

Salary is funded by the General Fund. |
