Staff will present Service Employees International Union (SEIU) initial proposal for contract reopeners with the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District (LVJUSD). |

Background:

SEIU is submitting its 2024-2025 contract reopeners for the current Collective Bargaining Agreement between SEIU & LVJUSD, effective July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2026. |
|

Status: |

In accordance with Government Code Section 3547, this item is presented to the Board for public input. SEIU proposes to sunshine the following articles:
Article 14: Pay and Allowances
Article 16: Health and Welfare
The Board will be asked to formally accept SEIU's initial proposal at the August 6, 2024, Board Meeting. |
