Background:

At the September 5, 2023, Board meeting, our Board approved our 2022-2023 Unaudited Actuals Financial Report which included the Summary of Unaudited Actual Data Submission form. Subsequently, we were notified of an error in the State's financial software which created a necessary adjustment to this form. |

The Alameda County Office of Education (ACOE) requires a
Consent Motion to certify the adjustment to the submission form, along with the Clerk of the Board's signature on the School District Certification page. |
