Quick Summary / Abstract:
Background: During the process of negotiations, changes to the 2022-2023 Salary Schedules were agreed to that affect all bargaining units. In February 2023, an additional 3% increase was added to all Salary Schedules, retroactive to July 1, 2022. In March, an additional 6% increase was added to all Salary Schedules, with an effective date of March 1, 2023.
Status This increase will be applied to all employee groups, including the Board of Education and Contracted Administrators.
Fiscal Impact The impact to the General Fund is approximately 2.5 million dollars.
Superintendent's Recommendation: Approve the revised Salary Schedules.
