Staff will present the California School Employees Association (CSEA) initial proposal for contract reopeners with the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District (LVJUSD).
|

Background:
|
CSEA is submitting its 2024-2025 contract reopeners for the current Collective Bargaining Agreement between CSEA & LVJUSD, effective July 1, 2023 - June 30, 2026. The law requires that the public have the opportunity to express itself regarding the proposal. This presentation is scheduled according to Government Code Section 3547 for that purpose.

This proposal is presented to the Board for public input. CSEA proposes to sunshine the following articles:
Article 13: Pay and Allowance
Article 16: Health and Welfare Benefits
The Board will be asked to formally accept CSEA's initial proposal at the May 21, 2024, Board Meeting.
