Business Services is recommending the ratification of six Memorandum of Understandings (MOUs) between the Tri Valley Regional Occupational Program (TVROP) and the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District (LVJUSD). |

Background:
|
The purpose of TVROP is to provide services related to the Regional Occupational Center (ROC), the Regional Occupational Program (ROP), Adults in Correctional Education Program, Middle College and any other college and career readiness programs and services that are consistent with the purposes for which the TVROP was created. TVROP and LVJUSD have agreed to three MOUs for shared services with costs reimbursable to TVROP and LVJUSD respectively. 1. Career Education Center services at Livermore High School 2. Career Education Center services at Granada High School 3. Four Career Pathway Sections for 2 sections of Honors Civil Engineering and 2 sections of Cyber Security ICT Essentials, both at Livermore High School TVROP and LVJUSD have agreed to three MOUs for providing financial services and custodial and maintenance services with costs payable by TVROP to LVJUSD. 1. Financial Services 2. Custodial and Maintenance Services at Livermore High School, Auto Shop 3. Custodial and Maintenance Services at Arroyo Mocho Elementary School |

Fiscal Impact: |
The estimated cost payable by LVJUSD to TVROP for shared services is $95,204. The estimated payment from TVROP to LVJUSD for shared services and other services is $329,826. |
