Quick Summary / Abstract:
Background: On March 1, 2022, our Board of Education approved the changes to the Livermore Education Association (LEA) collective bargaining agreement, which has been ratified by LEA membership.

Changes for the 2021-2022 School Year include a 3.0% competitive compensation adjustment, retroactive to July 1, 2021. The attached Salary Schedules have been updated to reflect the changes.
Status This increase has been automatically applied to all other employee groups, including the Board of Education.
Fiscal Impact The impact to the General Fund is approximately $3.5 million.
Superintendent's Recommendation: Approve the revised Salary Schedules.
