Quick Summary / Abstract:
 
Background:
On March 1, 2022, our Board of Education approved the changes to the Livermore Education Association (LEA) collective bargaining agreement, which has been ratified by LEA membership.

Changes for the 2022-2023 School Year include a 4.0% competitive compensation adjustment. The attached Salary Schedules have been updated to reflect the changes.
 
Status:
This increase will be applied to all other employee groups, including the Board of Education.  
Fiscal Impact:
The impact to the General Fund is approximately four million dollars
