Quick Summary / Abstract:
Background: On March 1, 2022, our Board of Education approved the changes to the Livermore Education Association (LEA) collective bargaining agreement, which has been ratified by LEA membership.

Changes for the 2022-2023 School Year include a 4.0% competitive compensation adjustment. The attached Salary Schedules have been updated to reflect the changes.
Status This increase will be applied to all other employee groups, including the Board of Education.
Fiscal Impact The impact to the General Fund is approximately four million dollars
Superintendent's Recommendation: Approve the revised salary schedules.
